A rebuilt site fully managed on an enterprise-grade platform, with an optional free modern design refresh, hosted and secured, plus a client portal with site monitoring & health reports, unified reporting, Google review management, competitor insights, live chat, edit support, and much more. No third-party name anywhere. During the migration we follow strict SEO preservation best practices & address any issues our site audit tools find to ensure the new site they are getting is functionally an improvement on their existing one.

When one of your clients leaves, there is nothing to give notice for and nothing to pay. Tell us, the site bills out its current month, and that is the end of it.
If a site needs to go with them, we can transfer it into a Duda account owned & managed by them for $100. The site moves across as it is; it is not rebuilt on another platform.
If you wind down the program entirely, 30 days' written notice. Then per site you choose: transfer it out into a Duda account owned & managed by you at $100, or we decommission it and you restore your previous site.

Apply and brand
Apply online. Once approved: the White-Label Terms, your card on file, your logo and colors, and a CNAME for your portal domain. We set up your dedicated white-label platform account. SSL is automatic.
Migrate at your pace
Send us your client list. We rebuild in batches sized to whatever works for you and your clients, not to a fixed quota.
Track every build
Each client follows their own build in the portal through a full site development status tracker, stage by stage, from entering the queue to site is live.
Go live, then bill
Each site starts billing on its go-live date (or the day it joins your account, if it is already live) and bills monthly from there. Nothing is charged before a site is live.

Do our clients have to start paying for edits?
No, and they never see a meter. Every site includes 30 free minutes a month, and you can add 60 or 120 more per site to match what you already promise them. Purchased minutes bank if they go unused, so nothing is wasted. Past that, any prepaid minutes you hold are used first, then it lands on your bill at $40 an hour in 15 minute blocks, up to your cap. Beyond the cap, or with overages off, you decide: approve it, use prepaid minutes, or let the work wait for next month.
What platform is underneath?
The sites themselves are built and hosted on Duda, which gives you SOC 2 Type II hosting, native multilingual sites and custom code widgets for your integrations. You get your own white-label account there, so even the CMS your clients touch is branded to you. Everything else is ours: the client portal, unified reporting, review management, competitor tracking, live chat, email campaigns, support, and more are all software we built and run independently. You're not buying a resold website builder; you're buying an online presence management platform that uses Duda for the website layer & the labor that ensures your clients are taken care of.
What if a client leaves, or we do?
A client cancelling costs you nothing and needs no notice; the site bills out its month and stops. Winding down the whole program is 30 days' written notice. Either way, any site you want to keep transfers to a Duda account of your own for $100. Your client contracts are always yours.
